My visit was marred by a significant issue that overshadowed the hotel’s offerings. Despite the appealing location and modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi in public areas and a flat-screen TV in the room, a grave oversight occurred when my elderly parents were denied check-in due to an unverified payment. Rather than resolving the matter, the staff hastily sent them away, leaving them without support. While the hotel features beneficial facilities, including 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and a restaurant, the experience proved unsatisfactory overall. Potential guests should weigh both the luxuries offered and the value of a seamless stay when considering their options. In this case, the cost did not align with the value promised.
